("RunBy," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at runbyai.co, AI-powered staff services, dashboard, and related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
RunBy provides AI-powered staff services for businesses, including but not limited to:
The Service operates on your behalf based on the business information, preferences, and instructions you provide during onboarding and configuration. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided to RunBy.
RunBy offers subscription plans at prices listed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. At the end of the trial, you must enter payment information to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Monthly subscriptions are effective until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the annual term. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.

If call recording is enabled, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws regarding call recording and consent. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent for call recordings. RunBy provides automated disclosure at the beginning of recorded calls, but you are responsible for ensuring this meets your jurisdiction's requirements.
RunBy retains all rights to the Service, including our AI technology, software, algorithms, designs, and documentation. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of all business information, customer data, and content you provide to RunBy. You grant us a limited license to use this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunBy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RunBy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI interactions will be perfectly accurate in all circumstances.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunBy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination to allow for account reactivation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RunBy regarding the Service.
