What I work on

RunBy is the AI employee that answers every call, books every job, chases every invoice, and sends owners a morning briefing. We focus on owner-operated service businesses doing $300K to $2M in revenue — the ones where the owner is also the receptionist after 5 PM, and where one missed after-hours emergency call costs a weekend's worth of work.

Before RunBy, I spent years watching contractors lose six-figure revenue annually to voicemail and unreturned estimate calls. The premise of the company is that one well-trained AI employee replaces the $3,500/month front-office stack — receptionist, answering service, and CRM follow-up tools — for $299 a month. We're proving it across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and 17 other verticals.
